Please call, text or use our online booking system to book your appointment or for more inquiry. If we are not available to answer your call we will get back to you between appointments the same day unless your message was left after hours.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Please CONTACT us BY PHONE no later than 24 HOURS prior to appointment during business hours to avoid being charges 100% of the service.

Late Arrivals

We will do our best to complete your scheduled treatment, but we cannot compromise our next appointment, therefore that may not happen AND you will be charged in full for all services booked.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased for any amount and can be used for products or services. We CAN NOT replace lost or stolen gift cards or look them up in our system. Lost or stolen gift cards are non-refundable nor redeemed for cash. Also please do your best to use gift cards with in 6 months time.

Product Returns

We will accept product returns in the case of allergic reaction or sensitivity and the bottle must be Unbroken and still mostly full. You have one week to decide to return a product for these reasons only.

Children

We love kids but please come without them to your appointment, unless they are receiving a treatment as well. Also please do not leave kids in the car or lobby. This is for your relaxation as well as others. Thank you so much for understanding.
